Ring Resizing Policy

I want every piece to feel perfectly yours — especially the fit. Within one year of purchase, I’m happy to offer one complimentary ring resizing, including free shipping both ways. The one-year period begins on the date your ring is first available for shipment or pickup.

Please note that certain limitations apply, as not all designs can be resized due to their structure or materials.

Rings that cannot be resized:

• Eternity bands cannot be resized because of their continuous design. However, they may be exchanged free of charge within 60 days of your original shipment or pickup date.
• Alternative metals such as tantalum or titanium cannot be resized but can also be exchanged within 60 days.
• Custom, modified, or engraved rings can be resized within one year but may incur a small resizing fee depending on the design.
• Sizes outside the recommended range are not eligible for resizing.

After the one-year complimentary period, resizing services are still available for a small fee.
